Eligibility

Participants must have a valid motorcycle license and satisfy one of the following conditions:

  • Participants must be able to have conversations in English or Japanese; have owned a BMW Motorrad for more than a year; and have experience riding it for more than three years.
  • *After your participation is confirmed, you will be requested to confirm your BMW Motorrad model name (with registration certificate or other documents) and submit a copy of your driver's license issued in your country. If the vehicle is registered in corporate name, etc., you will also be requested to submit a document showing the relationship (such as a copy of your business card).

Vehicle types are limited. Please note that some vehicles may be unavailable due to maintenance and we may not be able to meet your request. Selection of vehicle type is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Registration deadline

Wednesday of the week in which the event will be held or the registration will be closed once all the places are taken.
As we have fixed spots for each event date and vehicle type, all reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. We will keep the calendar updated in the section below regarding availability.

We will review the information you have submitted to us and send you a confirmation email soon from Enduro Park Japan Off Road Training Office.Please note that your reservation will be confirmed upon completion of the payment of the participation fee.

Instructions to Participants

By registering, training participants agree to each of the following terms and conditions with the BMW Motorrad certified instructor (hereinafter “Instructor”) and general incorporated association BMW Motorrad Club Japan (hereinafter “BMW Motorrad Club Japan”).


  1. All fees payed will be refunded to the participant if he/she notifies the office of reservation cancellation 20 days prior to the scheduled event date through written document or email. Participants hold the right to participate in the event they signed up for only. The right cannot be used for other events and must not be transferred.
  2. The course fee will be not reimbursed if the participant becomes unable to continue with the training for any reason during the training period.
  3. The participants must follow the instructions provided by the Instructor regardless of training session or break time. If the participant fails to follow the instructions, the participant may be forced to discontinue and leave the training session. The participation fee will be not be reimbursed in such case.
  4. The Instructor and BMW Motorrad Club Japan assume no responsibility whatsoever for any accident, death, or injury suffered by the participants during the training session.
  5. Cancellation of the training session due to weather, etc. will be notified to all participants through email or phone by 11:00 a.m. of the day before the scheduled event date and the participation fee will be reimbursed to the participant's bank account. In such case, there will be no postponement or rescheduling of the event.
  6. We will best effort in providing participants the motorcycle of their choice. However, please not that we cannot assure that BMW Motorrad Club Japan will be able to give all participants the model they have requested due to maintenance, etc. If there happens to be a model change, the price difference between the requested model and the available model will be adjusted. In such case, participants will either receive a partial refund or be required to pay the difference.
  7. Each and every participant shall participate in any off-road training event held in Enduro Park Japan at his or her own responsibility and with appropriate outfit which is suitable for the off-road training and which takes into account the participant's own safety and possible movement.
  8. Any person can participate in any off-road training event held in Enduro Park Japan, only if his or her physical and mental condition is excellent and such condition does not hinder his or her participation in such event.
  9. If a participant causes damage to any facility, equipment, vehicle or any other property through his or her negligence, the participant shall make compensation for such damage.
  10. Each and every participant hereby agrees that a right of likeness in any recordings of voices and images taken in any event held in Enduro Park Japan is owned by the organizer of such event, and hereby acknowledges and understands that the organizer shall have the liberty to use any such audio and/or visual recordings in the organizer's publications and advertisements (such as but not limited to bulletins, broadcasts, web sites, magazines and SNS sites).

Privacy Policy

Based on the recognition that it is our societal responsibility to properly protect the personal information of our users when providing safety promotion in the community, social contribution and other services to create safer and more comfortable environment for riders, BMW Motorrad Club Japan (hereinafter referred to as “BMCJ”) deals with personal information according to the following basic policy.

  1. BMCJ obtains personal information to the extent necessary for the service after specifying as clearly as possible the purpose of the use of personal information.
  2. BMCJ uses personal information only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose. Major purposes of use include the following.
    • Delivery of bulletins and other notices
    • Communication related to events and conferences
    • Provision of information to road service contractors to the extent necessary for the service
  3. BMCJ establishes a personal information management system and take actions to prevent illegal access to personal information and loss, theft, destruction, damage, etc. of personal information.
  4. In the unlikely event of an accident or incident related to personal information, BMCJ will immediately respond to prevent damage from spreading or secondary damage and take appropriate corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  5. BMCJ will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties except for the following cases:
    • Cases where prior consent of the person is obtained
    • Cases based on laws and regulations
    • Cases where information is provided to contractors to the extent necessary for BMCJ's service
  6. In case BMCJ outsources its services within the scope of the purpose of use, BMCJ will provide guidance and supervision to the contractors to ensure that the contractors will use personal information in an appropriate manner.
  7. BMCJ will promptly respond to inquiries, complaints and requests for disclosure, etc. concerning personal information.
  8. BMCJ will comply with laws, regulations, Japanese guidelines and other rules when handling personal information.
  9. This Privacy Policy is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.
